my doubt is that if the plastic used for recycling may be any medical things such as blood bags,cyringe(used for injuction,etc) the viruses from that material goes alive in the new material made frm recycled plastic?

biologically contaminated materials are supposed to be disposed separately from non-contaminated materials.

Even supposing that such materials are recycled, the processing should eliminate the contaminants you fear. There are innumerable sources of contamination in household recycles that must be addressed anyway.

If recycled means melted and reformed, then there is no chance. Further, if the plastic was heated to melting, it was sterilized by the melting, so any crud on it before heating is also gone.
