Are you asking what would happen if there were no education in the world, or no education SYSTEM in the world? There is no such thing as "no education", because people learn either by instruction by one who is knowledgeable or via mimicry.
Education SYSTEMS can have their benefits, but they also have their failings. During the pioneering days, there was no education system until "authorities" took over and forced people to learn what THEY wanted them to learn. Anyone who has an enquiring mind will soon discover that authorities skew the facts in order to implant their particular views into the minds of the impressionables.
Before education systems became the norm, people still became farmers, farriers, minstrels, artists and sailors. Whether they were literate or not made no difference to their skills and talents, so there can really be no such condition as "no education".
Lowly animals, to which we never attribute the concept of "education", can be taught to do things which are completely out of character for their particular species. Even when they are not trained by men, they still learn from their elders and peers, which in itself is a species of "education".

The key word here is "system"...this system of education that is in place now is designed to mold and produce "think alikes," sheep to be used for the perpetuation of economic systems by producing unquestioning workers. No matter how intelligent one thinks he/she is, they fall victim to any system they enter after they are "educated," whether it be commerce, education, legal, medical, etc. One is taught to abide by the "rules," and not to think "outside the box." One must go along with the solidified systems that move the wheels that produce the profit for the few. Wisdom and knowledge do not come from "education" as provided by the system. Jobs and money certainly do; but jobs and money do not bring happiness. If there were no educational system (as it is now), people would be following their own dreams, creating their own lives and visions, and bringing a world into being that was alive with potential. Imagine the freedom to express the wonderful gifts of your own heart, your unique skills and talents...the world would no longer be stagnant and stuck in "profit" only as its motivating factor. Creativity would abound, and beings would be "following their bliss." Just because this educational system would no longer exist does not mean that the world would become illiterate; on the contrary...people would come to life and celebrate their individuality. It is when we fail to fully express our own gifts that we "die" to our purpose. Fulfilling ourselves and our potential brings the ultimate happiness...we were not created to be sheep. I am Sirius

If there's no educational system in the world, I think that there would be more writers, sculptors, and poets than professionals. Because there is no requirement for a degree without an educational system. In our time, no degree means a hard time to find a stable job. Therefore, as Coelho writes, "the world was deprived of some excellent gardeners, bakers, antique dealers, sculptors, and writers. Doctors, engineers, scientists, and scientists need to go to the university, but does everyone?"
The world is deprived of excellent artists because of the "importance of a degree", as Coelho wrote.

Without education, our behaviour would be like other animals, instinctive. We would not be thinking logically and analytically and would do whatever is required to meet our physiological needs.

Education has refined humans, made them more civilised. But there ends the difference. Man behaves worse tahn animals in using their intelligence. All these wars, conflicts are due to selfishness and inconquerable thirst for power. Man goes to any extent to meet his demands, often forgetting other person's rights. There is enough for Every one's needs, but not for Greeds. Animals don't harm others once their hunger is satisfied. But man does not stop until he eliminates his "Rival". This is the worst draw back of the enlightenment he has had.

No doubt education system has brought revolutionary changes in our modern life. It has made us more civilized, decent in behavior, and wise.

But still, we have all kinds evils like extremism, selfishness, fraud, cheating, murder, rape and what not????!!!! ......happening around us.

Our education system needs a total change to stress more on moral and human values along with subject knowledge.

Every one will try to learn to his inner voice.

Conscience is an ability or faculty or sense that leads to feelings of remorse when we do things that go against our moral values, or which informs our moral judgment before performing such an action. Such feelings are not intellectually reached, though they may cause us to 'examine our conscience' and review those moral precepts, or perhaps resolve to avoid repeating the behaviour.

Commonly used metaphors refer to the "voice of conscience" or "voice within."
