...a while back, I read something about somne production studio, who was interested in doing a remake of actor & martial arts legend Bruce Lee's classic action film, "Enter the Dragon"; it was supposed to be a feminist version of the film, entitled "Enter the Eagle", and it was supposed to star Bruce Lee's daughter Shannon...

...haven't heard anything in a long while; has anyone heard of any development, as far as this idea???

...yeah, the idea was being thrown around for a while, and indeed, Bruce Lee's daughter, Shannon, was definitely involved; however, a direct remake of "Enter the Dragon" was shelved, in favor of a straight & original martial arts action story, which ultimately became the (...as yet, unreleased) 1998 action flick, "...and Now You're Dead", also known as "Enter the Eagles"...

...I'd be very hard-pressed to imagine a remake of "Enter the Dragon", anyways; it's one of those oh-so 'untouchable' films...

...as the old saying goes, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it!!!"

I totally agree that this is one of those movies that there is NO WAY a remake will make it better.

A classic is a classic and "if something is not broken, don't fix it!"
