No. Day by day I feel his interests are more about making sure he keeps Brussels happy, deferring decisions to others and prancing around the world with a particularly smarmy smile on his face telling everyone everything is ok. This while all the time ensuring there is a negative piece in the press about the NHS to ensure the public are ready to comply with his want of a privatised health service.

i do not think he has anyone's interest at heart other than his own ambitions. if the English think he does not care for them they are correct, but if they think he cares for us Scots WOW are they wrong Very very wrong.

yes i know we are supposed to be getting on average £1500 pounds per person per year. well if it is so why have i not seen it none of those i know on a benefit get it. Brown is closing things that he can here faster than any other PM has. as the chancellor he did more to tax burden us than ever.

we are in no better shape than England and Blair was not our friend either.

your answer is no NO he does not have any part of the counties interest at heart unless you are one of his or one that can support him financially. i personally consider the man to be a coward , a weak leader, disreputable, and a foul Scotsman all Scots are or should be ashamed of

Gordon Brown and New-Labour very much have my interests at heart.

He and they are Socialists.

I as a pensioner have had my pension increased by New-Labour - result, I vote for them.

Oh! One small minor point, if you are at work what are you doing on here? You are supposed to be working to pay my UK State Pension - back to work slave.

Not really for at present he appears to be fighting for his own future in politics. He conveys an outward sign of desolation and is desperately seaching for a way out of the maze he has constructed for himself. The fact that today the Government is proposing assistance for those suffering from Pension hardship is certainly a sign of panic and a wish to ingratiate itself with the electorate.

He hasn't got mine or many people's interest at heart.

Osbourne for gods sake he's been second in command for 10 years to Bliar, what do you think he was doing all that time. He's a liar, control freak, and is hated generally even before Bliar left office.

No, not at all.

He is scottish, he represents a scottish constituency, yet he can vote on matters that involve only england, as can every other scottish and welsh MP.
He signed that EU treaty in the week, and made an **** of himself.
He represents labour.
He doesn't represent my constituency.

I didn't vote for labour and I didn't vote for brown.

He is not 'my' prime minister.
