f(x) =(x-2)^2 -4 V(2,-4) axis x=2 y intercept (0,0) x intercept x=0 and x=4 x>2increasing x<2 decreasing
f(x) --3(x^2-x+2/3) =-3(x-1/2)^2 -1/4 V(-2/3,-1/4) axis x=1/2
y intercept (0,-2) There are no x interecept as -3(x-1/2)^2=1/4
has no real solutions x>1/2 decreasing x<1/2 increasing
