just tryto keep thing s around you orgainized in offfice and use it as a distraction for a while and arrange for things you should do in order of preferences they need in office and get yourself a breather from te monotony and soon you will be out of it and enjoy compleating the tasks one by one having the satisfaction of acheiving something and be able to do so comfortably

i have the same problem, have you got myspace?
If so, catch up with all your friends.
If not, make a myspace and search for all your friends.
try bored.com, loads of fun stuff to do, but it's only fun once.
i will also keep checking on the answers to see what others suggest.

Look for another job or try doing some work.
I'm lucky if I get 2 minutes to myself where I work.
(This is my day off).

You could spend some time answering or asking questions on Yahoo! Answers.
Or, ask your boss for something to do!

If you have access to a computer, go to www.bored.com. There's a million things there to do. If not, twiddle your thumbs.
