The electric kettle broke before the first cup of coffee made. too long to wait for machine so had to boil pan on electric hob. what a liberty!

on this end of the woods.....I got a bad cold,not man flu ,just a cold,so I had plenty of scotch last nite(a great alternative to antibiotics),stayed up untill 5 in the morning ,and just woke up an hour ago.I was expected to go to work,but nobody phoned up yet.I called my agent,and was told that he has left the company.I guess the client has sacked the builders I was working for as well,for been such cowboys.(nothing to do with me,of course ! )
As the daughters were with me for last xmas,they with their mum this year.So they visiting tonite and we having ''our'' xmas do !
Just on my 3rd cup of coffee,and looking forward to the rest of the day.

yeh it sounds a bit annoying first thing, but i really wouldn't know how you feel coz i don't drink tea coffee or any other warm drink for that matter. and not just in the morning, i never drink it
