No, but I need to. You see, I'm a bit of a hoarder when it comes to books. It would be better to check them out from the library, than to own so many-at least in my case. I just moved two weeks ago, and it looks like I'm gonna need at least 4 full-sized book cases for the majority of my books, if I want to unpack them all. That doesn't include the 10,000+ comics I have in storage!

Yes,
for paperback books and the odd CD... they also do DVD's, videos and have a computer suite.
I like fiction as well as reading a lot of reference material
I used to get three books a week, but I tend to spend more time reading the 'net now, and so I read fewer books.... generally I visit about once every 10 days.
{edit} I wonder if there is a connection between the awful spelling/ grammar and 'txt speek' exhibited in some of the above answer (Kat, Roshane s, vaibhav, wright).....and the fact that they *don't* use libraries.

I even have 2 favourites, one is super small nonetheless so I purely flow in there to %. up reservations. the single I usually flow to is on the city centre and next to the entertainment centre so on an identical time because it continuously has a honest crowd surfing, this is a low hum in atmosphere. Downstairs are issues like common fiction, CDs and flicks and upstairs is the place you may get admission to documents and tutorial texts, sit down and examine in a thoroughly hushed enormous room with grand o.ok.desks. there's a super variety of people with the aid of fact my community is different. maximum folk look to flow to apply the desktops or take out movies [its super with the aid of fact they do no longer cost for CDs and flicks] however the hardcore academics are scuttling approximately upstairs. My council is somewhat professional-library and there is often stuff happening to sell it. this is a provider I attempt to no longer take with no attention, noticeably with a lot of those cuts. it fairly is an previous Victorian public development [jogs my memory of Westminster] and has a super clock outdoors that is going off each and every hour; accessible for no longer letting the day slip away between bookshelves. Love my library. :')

Haven't been in a library for about 15 years, if not more... Probably not since school and it used to be for research, now with the internet, all the info is at your fingertips allowing us to sit at home, and eat pizza while we search for the information and get fat instead of jumping on the pushbike going to the library!

Yes; we have two - one in the village and one in the next one (as well as those in the nearest towns).
I use them mostly for borrowing books on complementary medicine and biographies these days..
I also use the reference sections in the towns too look up people in professional registers.
I tend to visit a library on average about once a month.

YES!!! I didn't for years but now I take my kids there for an outing, and to get them a new set of books every couple of weeks. I don't have much time to browse for myself but I look stuff up online and reserve books via the internet for collection. I think libraries are such an under-used resource.

No! I took some books out and went on holiday, only to discover that I couldn't renew one of them while abroad because it was reserved by someone else...result...a big fine when I got home. Libraries, they can all close as far as I'm concerned.
