I'd go for Quicken or MS Money. They are quite similar, and both offer what you are seeking. And I agree with others that Quickbooks is overkill. That's designed more for business use than it is for personal.

I would say Quicken is a really good product that meets your requirements and it's not that expensive ~ $40 for the Deluxe Edition at Sam's Club. If you're only using it for personal finances, not business, then you don't need to pay the extra money for Quickbooks b/c you won't ever use all of it's capabilities.
