Are any of you real? How do you know the rest of us are not figments of your imagination, how do I know you are not only figments of mine? Philosophical answers are more than welcome, they are encouraged. How did we get here? What is human? What is the impact of LSD on the mind, and what goes on the human mind when a chemical like LSD is invited into it? If you are white trash, please don't answer. If you are a philosophical being who contemplates his or her life on this planet, in this galaxy, please answer thoroughly and justly.

The Vision - by Joy Cowley

Two people watched the same sunset.
One said “At times like this I am afraid. The sky is so vast, the sea so immense. In comparison I am a speck of dust, here today, gone tomorrow. When I look at the hugeness of creation, I feel my insignificance, and I wonder what my life is all about.”

The second person said: “ What a glorious sunset! Just think! I am the reason that this exist. I am the only proof I have of all the beauty in this world. Without the gift of my life, the gift of my senses, all this would be as nothing. I praise God that the universe is held in the wonder of my being!”

that poem pretty much sums it up for me. there's this other one called precious child that she wrote, and it says something like:
precious child
you are not nobody. you are not somebody. you are a one-time, never-to-be-repeated act of God's kindness...something or rather...

you are, really, as real as you think you are. you are the only proof you'll ever have of all your life and surroundings. once you're on your deathbed, all you'll have is the moment, and the memories.

lawl this is so cheesy...
in the words of switchfoot who are playing at parachute in january i'm SOOOO excited....
this is your life, are you who you want to be?

don't think like this seriously, it's silly. how did we get here? physics. what's a human? an organism sharing the same physical characteristics as you and i. the impact of lsd...dunno i'm not a med student.

and i think someone's trying to quote; i think, therefore i am.

I forget who's quote but it goes somewhat like, I have thought therefore i exist. or is it I exist because i have thought. I can't give you an exact thing to what i believe in but a few lines i made up can draw a picture.

Everything should be observed appreciatively. If we were to give thought, it would be an insult to it. It has it's own perception of being, we cannot identify it because it would then be a lie.

Words are just an expression of feelings or existing thoughts. If so then what is nothing. If we made up the world we know by definition, our reality. Then how we be sure what really is the true world. Everything is masked with mankinds interpretation.

In a nutshell there are things that we as curious creatures cant explain but examine i guess.

Well I've never thought the way you're thinking right now but I used to think I was the center of my own universe....a thought that used to drive me nuts. How did we get here? I don't know. If you're going to ask a religious person, they will say God made us. If you're going to ask an atheist, they will say we came here by way of evolution.

What is human? The word *human* is a label we gave ourselves. What is the impact of LSD? I don't know. I've never done lsd so I can't personally comment on that but my friends who have done lsd say it is an experience that gets them out of their nine dots by way of changing how they perceive things.

I contemplate my life in this world, and still working on answering my many questions. Sometimes I feel like I'm the only one, and wonder if that is me just being selfish since there are billions of people on earth. It's had to find the answers it seems?
