Take it to the ICE man, The Immmigration and Customs Enforcement Agency. There are LAWS in this country against this kind of behaviour.

If caught and convicted, you could get jail time a big fine to boot.

Paying her to marry you so he can get citizenship is highly illegal. Tell you dad, teachers, and cops if she persists when you tell her no.
Yes you can tell her no even though you are only 17. In this county she can not force you to marry some one you do not want to marry.
Two major events put a stop to that:
The Civil War & the Civil Rights Movement.

Tell her you don't want to do it and if she keeps insisting on it ask her does she not love you that she won't even listen to you. What does this other guy think?Have you spoken to him?And is there anyone else in your family who can talk reason into your mother's head? If you don't think you're in danger by refusing then tell your mum you'll marry him for her sake and then divorce him the next day for your sake.

Best of luck

Are you a minor? Tell your Dad, Grandma,or closest adult relatives.

It is illegal fraud to marry for citizenship. If you can respectfully and gently tell her you are not ready to marry anyone. Is he paying her?

Joy to you!

say NO, if she wants him to be in America so badly she can marry him. there are other ways to come to America legally, not only by marriage.

if you cann't say no, then talk to the authorities who can say no for you, what your mum is trying to do is scandalous and you have to fight back now before you make a mistake that you will regret later.

Tell the authorities. They should know how to stop it. What they are trying to do is a scam and should be stopped.
