I think I may have several that I forgot about, or my wife and kids are setting up and I want to end some of them, can I know which ones come from my IP address??

nope that i know of its impossible. all you can do is check the history and see what sites where visited. but many emails cancel the service if you don't login after a couple of months. goodluck

If you mean stuff like gmail and yahoo mail - no chance, those are all done via a browser and the connection is a cookie on the originating machine, the signin name and password - they don't have to go through your IP address.
If you mean you have a fixed IP address (most people don't, just a temporary one for each session) then you should have an IP provider and an access name and password to get you into the IP management site - for example, GoDaddy.com not only lets you check your e-mail but access an account and manage one or more registered URL's and their attached e-mail accounts.
