I want to buy tickets for new years eve but im confused. The price is $66. I just want to make sure Im not buying tickets to teh performers (The Bangles and someoen else???) Is this the price to get in???? The websitre doesnt specify anything.

the 66 dollars is just to get into the freemont party.. it will obviously include the doobie brothers and the bangles performances. Anyway, from what i understand, they charge that much so that freemont doesnt get TOO busy or ruined with party crashers.. kids .. ect...

it looks like a really good time. if i could be there,id definately pay 66 dollars...

Fremont Street Experience does have it own web site and YES they charge to get in on New Years. However, generally if you are staying in a Downtown casino they have the entry tickets. There are usually three stages of entertainment including bands. No glass or cans are allowed on the street for safety. It is PACKED body to body.

That is the price to get into the Freemont Street Experience. The shows are right there so you can't get in free without watching the shows. For free you have to go to the strip. I don't understand the thinking on Freemont but they are packed at any price.
