My favorites are 'All Quiet on the Western Front,' considered by many to be the greatest anti-war movie ever made and 'Sergeant York,' starring Gary Cooper, but like many historical movies that Hollywood turns out, it is embellished with several half truths.

I like flyboys because it deals with the recent invention (at the time) of air planes and the united states' inclusion in the war, its kind of a chick flick but its really cool, you should check it out
