I imagine I have, once or twice. I think that is when we are considering a major change that we feel that way. It is a committment thing. Are you committed to that change or not? I seem to remember college being that type of decision, or was that just chosing a major? Perhaps both. These are life changing decisions. Do you join the army? Do you get married? Decisions such as these define you and say something about your maturity. Are you too old? Are you old enough? Have reached yur expectations in life to this point? I am sure I have seen these thoughts in my head before it is just something I can't put my finger on at this moment as to the specifics of any of those decisions.

i'm not sure..being 13
but i would think i could alwyas feel that way, because i'm not mentally or phsyically the same as i once was, however, you can do most of the same things, because you've possibly already experienced it
