They have to move the merchandise in order to get that Valentines candy on the shelves by Christmas Eve. Not kidding, I have seen it happen in the past five years or so, while doing last minute shopping. It is almost as sickening as walking through the discount department store in the last week of October and finding merchandise to celebrate the birth of the Savior on the same isle as demon masks and witches costumes. Do you think that it has to do with the fact that most Americans now believe that Thanksgiving is the day that you plan your Black Friday strategy while eating turkey and watching football? God bless America?
