Is it the (King of Queens actor Kevin James) the man who does the wedobeautifulbasement.com TV ad ?

The man who advertises " wedo beautifulbasements.com " TV ad ( in short pants standing by truck ) sure looks like Kevin James the actor on King of Queens TV show. I say it is he and my hubby disagrees. Does anyone have any proof ?
