If a male has only one testicle, we call it abnormal. And If he comes with two testicles,we call him normal. "Now", If he comes with three testicles what would you call him?

Male with spare parts? It's still an abnormal condition, having one or three, since two is the magic number. At any rate, it's not been documented that many times- so there hasn't really been a need to give it a specific name. Supernumerary testes, polyorchidism- spare parts- you pick what you like, I suppose.
