in 2004 the Cleveland Cavaliers sold for approx 375 million.
so today i would guess somewhere in the ballpark of 400 million, depending on location and talent

Probably around 300 million for the Milwaukee Bucks which would probably be the cheapest team. Though the draft pick of Yi might push the value of the team up a bit.
