Strained vegetables and fruit, cereal, apple juice. No orange juice, though;.too much acid. Some would disagree, but I raised mine this way. And don't put cereal in a bottle. Use a baby spoon. Feed the veggies and fruit earlier in the day. If you are having trouble getting the baby to sleep all night, feed a little cereal before bedtime.

Most fruits and veggies, make sure they are softened (steaming is good) if they are a hard food, before she eats them. Beans, rice, oatmeal, etc. I try to stick with whole grains and fresh fruits and veggies for my babies--cheaper and healthier than the processed junk in a jar. We don't do baby cereals because they are processed flakes from a box.
The avoid list is shorter: egg whites, shellfish, nuts, berries, citrus.

well it reallyis up to you and what you feel comfortable giving her. i mean you can give her jared foods or cereal in a bottle.
so all you need to do is talk to her doctor and ask them what they recommend.
