If you want to be a pervert make sure you don't let your close family members find out. And if you want satisfy yourself on the internet, do it privately!

Honking or whistling is harassment and if a cop sees it that person will be arrested because that is not acceptable behavior. Now, taking double takes is! You think because your 13 that you shouldn't be objectified? You have the equipment that nature uses to visually turn men on, so get over it. The best way to not get honked, whistled, etc. is not to wear overly sexy clothing (can women's jeans be any tighter?) The answer to all of your questions is that it's nature. It's what we were built to do. Btw, why is it a bad example to children to show that you appreciate the beauty of the female body? Nobody seems to ask if it's bad for a child to have two gay Dad's... yeah, I said it *******!

Yes, I consider I may also be regarded a pervert via a few. I have a soiled brain, I recognize soiled jokes and I love intercourse. I would not name myself a pervert since I do not deviate from the sexual norm or push the subject of intercourse on others or use my sexuality to make others uncomfortable. To reply your 2d query, I best have perverted ideas usually at the weekends, or external of labor. When I'm at paintings, it is so much much less so however best since the folks + the bureaucracy at my activity = SO now not horny.

In our society, we make the connection that our worth is determined by how we look. When we see ads, we see sexy bodies wrapped around a product (perfume, jeans, bathroom cleaner), so this connection makes us think "Hey, this is a good product, if I buy this I might just get the body with it......"
If this sounds preposterous, just look at how many ads are ONLY women, and very little text/substance.

So when you ask, "why are there so many perverts?"
It's because guys think it's acceptable to treat you like a piece of merchandise. With all honesty, most men can't help it, it is the society we are raised in.

First off... where do you live? like a general area... because around where I am... you only get honked at if you are in a sleazy or gang territory... and sadly... that's life... men and women alike follow their sexual urges and listen less to reason. Just hang out with your friends at your home or theirs... and hang out in an area that is less likely to be visited by perverted eyes.

i'm 18 and ppl in my country r sick since the social norms r a bit strict,i too feel the same way.wen some1 says somethin cheap,i feel so cheap inside.i used to cry but then realised that if i cry its nt gonna hurt them.so nxt time hurt them.shouting is the best option.tell them to look at their own sister,mother or daughter.
