in the shower do you use a bath sponge to give lots of soap lather, or just use the soap bar only?

Bar of soap, sponges do indeed harbor germs and need to be bleached.

I like the organic soaps with nuts and seeds ...
but on the days i use one wash cloth with a gentle liquid soap ...:)

who uses sponges? eww. bacteria can grow so easily there
who uses the soap bar? eww. then other ppl's pubes will be rubbing all over you.
i use those pouf things. they exfoliate and don't retain as much water
