Feed the cat and put her in the guest room so she doesn't climb all over me in my sleep, turn my daughter's night lights on, make her brush her teeth, tuck her in and kiss her goodnight, pat the foot of her bed so the dog will jump up there to sleep, pat the dog goodnight, brush my teeth, take my meds, set my alarm, put my PJ's on, set the home alarm.. go to sleep. You have a wonderful week as well!

Whenever. During the week i tend to go a bit sooner, but on the weekend, it's fair game.
Anywhere between 2:30 and 7 in the morning.
Bad, I know. Thankfully, it'll change when I get this job soon!

Log off of Answers, go to bed, read for a little bit, try and fall asleep, have my toes attacked by the crazy cat that lives under my bed, fail at falling asleep, log back onto Answers.
Start all over again one or two times before actually getting to sleep.

I turn off the computer, go turn down the comforter on the bed and turn on the bedside lamp. Change into my nightgown, go to the bathroom, put in my earplugs, fill the glass (well, plastic, actually) with nice cold water that sits on the kitchen table so when I wake up dry mouth I'm OK, then sit on the edge of the bed and slip off my slippers, lay down and arrange the comforter and hitch my pillow up under my neck, and turn off the bedside light.
Nighty-night!

Obsessing over what to wear the next day, finally deciding, brushing my teeth, putting face cleansor on my face, setting my alarm, then getting a glass of water with crushed ice. ..... Kind of weird...

LOL....
take the dog out, let her go potty, bring her in, settle her down, wife takes the dog upstairs with her, I follow in a minute after taking pills, wash face, brush teeth, reduce any liquid pressure gradient from myself, kiss my wife, turn out the light, slip in bed, put another pillow between my knees, cuddle with wife, and fall asleep.....
in a nut shell.....

I guess it would be brushing my teeth and taking my meds. My schedule bounces too much for me to have more of a routine than that.
