who told you that? any sign in venus would have positive and negative impacts, if this sign its lets say aspected t your other planets positively it would take out the romance that capricorns have. not to mention venus in capricorns are very loyal to their partner.

&12th house (,loss , panic sin etc,,)
the ven in capricon means in 3rd house wh is sats own one.3rd also represents to longvity ( 2nd to 2nd.).
hence also , ven in cap for scop may not good.
