I've found that being happy with life in general is based upon how much obligation I've taken on. When I don't have enough to do, life is boring.

Too much obligation makes life stressfull and erodes quality in the long term as well as the short term.

The key is finding that balance in moderation.

Life isn't fair. Not the way we commonly define 'fair' in any case.

Am I happy with the way mine's turned out so far? Overall, I think so. I've had it pretty good, considering the possibilities (which caused some difficulty when it came time to write my college app essays). Presently, not so much. High school. 'Nuff said.

I'm I happy with my life? Not really Has it been

fair to me perhaps not but it's my life according

to choices I've made, They' haven't always

been the right choices but I thought they were

when I made them so I have to live with the

choices I made. So I just have to make those

decisions I made work for me the best way

possible.

Happy really isn't the word...

Life is fair by never being fair.

Yes I am very happy with my life, I am rather grateful to God for things God has given me.I used to have some problems but after I started doing yoga I have no attachment with the world or any body so much so that I will be in too much trouble if some body does not bother about me. As long as I am in my senses I can take care of me and when I becomes unconscious the divine will take care of me.

I'm bipolar, they used to say I was "manic depressive", but the politically correct have found that it is a stigma to be labeled manic depressive so now they call it "bipolar".
(I've been noticing a certain stigma to that word "bipolar" lately)
Having said that I will tell you that right now my meds are off and I'm not all that happy about things. Well maybe they're not off but they aren't able to stop the clouds across my eyes in the last few weeks. I'm not happy to-day, haven't been for days on end and it's running into weeks now.
If I want fair I go to the country fairs or wait for the weather to change for the good. Fair is not a word for the human race, it is a word to be etched on to the nose bridge of rose coloured glasses.
Call me up in four months, things could be different then.

Yes, I am happy with my life. Yes, I think life is fair to me.

Think about the unfortunate people in Africa that walk around with diseases and be tortured/killed at by endless civil wars they never understand. If you think deep then you will only conclude that life is more than fair to you.

I am happy of course. Have seen people take their own life? Those people are not happy with their life so they just put their life to an end. There are so many resons to be happy with your life. When you find someone you love, When you see your friend. When you reached your goal. When your dreams come true. Of course there are pains and sorrows but accept it and try to overcome them. This are natural calamities like floods and earthquakes. Its an integral part of our life. Just keep on moving and be happy in what you do.God Bless You with Happiness in life.
