A lot of viruses and spyware block anti-virus and anti-spyware programs from operating and being installed, and a good deal of them haven't even been identified yet. If you have lots of spyware on your computer, odds are that you also have lots of irremovable spyware on your computer as well, so your best bet would be to back up your important files and reformat. However, if you don't want to do something that extreme, here are some good free anti-spyware/virus programs:
Ad-Aware
CWShredder
Spybot SD
Avast
Prevx1 (not 2)
These should clean up most of the things that can be cleaned up off of your computer.
Lastly but not leastly, DO NOT USE SYSTEM RESTORE! Almost every new virus or spyware program installs itself into your system restore files, so if you try to restore your computer you'll still have the problems.

Dude if you want to get rid off all of that and your computer has alot of it your safest bet is to probably do a toal system restore. Backup whatever you need of your computer then do the restore. After you do that install an antivirus program. Put in whatever you saved the data you wanted to keep then BEFORE opeining any of them scan them with the ani virus! If you dont do this you will be exactly back were you started it is very important that you scan it!! If it says there is something wrong you HAVE TO get rid of the files ASAP!!

-disable system restore
-boot in safe mode
-run ccleaner (cleaner and issues menu options)
-run any antivirus / antispyware you may have
-boot normally

That should remove the virus/ spywares
