Yes there is.

The fact is as long as a person still breathes, they have hope.

Good luck. Do you need a prayer?

Been there done that and it will pass!
Try volunteering at an animal shelter and see if your emotions don't kick in a few weeks from now. Take a dog for a walk will help relieve some issues for you both and build a bond with another being that needs the bond more than you do.
Volunteer some time at the local school to help with some of the activities. I bet one of those kids can make you smile or laugh again.
Stop doing any chemicals will also help you feel again.

I am not certain of what you are trying to express....but if you
feel nothing, I think you need to talk to someone about this.
To feel cut off from your emotions or have no sense of your
emotions at all seems like something that requires some
psychiatric help.....and that isn't a bad thing, it is a good thing,
a helpful thing.
Sometimes incidents occur in our lives that leave us feeling
very sad and destitute, and perhaps that is what you are trying to express---even so, it would be wise to talk with someone you can trust.

Wishing you all the best,
Doris

Ya.. your genetic material will be mutated, and you will be an important part of the evolution of man into what we now call the greys. People who feel nothing are usually people that at one time felt so much they gave up hope or people who used too much MDMA. Look for something to be facinated in, at least you won't waste away into a worthless heap of quivering flesh.

In life loss is the hardest thing to endure. We start getting prepared with the loss of pets, then distant relatives. The circle closes nearer to us and each loss leaves our hart a little colder less feeling. To warm your hart you must give it away, to friends to animals, to children, to people. You will feel again, It will take time.

Can't say with surety. Have seen some really mean souls out there. I guess, there are people from whom one cannot hope to see anything better than a mean attitude. I would be more inclined towards a no.

Go to counseling. Figure out what the root of the issue is. Find out if there is a way to work it out, but this will only work if both are willing. If not, peacefully part ways

No. Because, if they feel nothing for you anymore, those feelings aren't just going to suddenly appear or come back. Sounds hopeless.
