My favorite is Janet Gaynor. She was the first winner in 1928 for Sunrise, Seventh Heaven and Street Angel, and the only one to win for more than one movie in one year. After that, they changed the rules.

No, Kate Winslet hasn't won yet, but she' sbeen nominated at least twice.
And Myst, Yes, I LOVE A Star is Born with Janet the best. It is incredible.
