The switch for the 4 way flasher is located on the top of the steering column, towards the right side when facing the windshield. If you do not see the button there, look for a hole where it would go, or for evidence of a broken piece! They have a tendency to break or be removed!

If you can not find it, e mail me and I will send you a picture of the steering column with the switch installed!

Hi I also have a 1993 Grand Prix. The emergence light switch is in front of the ignition key. its on the right side near the bottom of the steering column. It is small and black it has a white triangle on it. To turn it on you have to put your finger on the bottom lip of the switch and pull up and to turn it off just push down. the switch is hard to find because it is not sticking out of the steering column like on most other cars. It took me a while to find it to I guess your car has the dark gray interior like mine does.

Lol sometimes those stupid things are hard to find. I've owned 3 Grand Prix's before and always found them behind the steering wheel on top of the steering column. :) :)

it should be behind the steering wheel somewhere. There should be a plastic piece sticking out of the adjustable "neck" of your steering wheel, although it is very possible that, that plastic piece broke off, so look and see if there is a little hole on the neck, if there is..thats where the light switch is
