Why aren't Americans questioning the Phantom Aid given by USA?

The aid sent for rebuilding Afghanistan is mostly useless! 86 cents of every dollar given to them as "Aid" is spent on them having to purchase goods and services from USA. How can these poor countries afford expensive goods and services of US citizens when cheaper alternatives can be made available to them from other developing countries and more real aid spent at the ground level!
Do we want to see a rebuilt Afghanistan or leave it a mess again just like it was prior to the war?
Scandinavian countries give more in real Aid than USA!

-This is true what most Americans don`t seem to realise is that aid to Israel Constitutes 30% of the total US foreign aid budget, which renders Israel to be the largest recipient of US aid in the world another 20% goes o Egypt in return for their suppor of Israel
All other US aid is tied aid which means the value of the aid is vastly lowered and that the US profits from it
all statistics show that in real value US aid comes last after every other industrialised country

Ho come on you and they know this is not true,Just last year A E U commissioner on aid told the world the E U inflated it's aid fig by adding in loan forgiveness Can the crap
