I have a 1998 oldsombile intriuge and my tire is messed up. how much should it be for a brand new one or even a little used one at a tire store. I know very little of cars and need a new tire.

I don't know about your car, but my car's tires are fairly expensive for just a normal tire - 70 bucks new, but 20 bucks used.

Get out the phone book, get on the phone, and start asking this question of tire shops. Drive to the Oldsmobile dealer and ask this question. Ask some of your friends who are good with cars. Tire prices have a huge range, so it's better to ask those in the business in your area for the costs of different kinds of tires. It would be best to get a used tire of the same kind (not necessarily the same brand) with the same amount of tread as the tire on the opposite side of the car.

a brand new one usually costs around 80 dollars for that car..at the cheapest. But if you get a new one, for a few bucks more you can get a warranty on it for the life of the tire. Used tires are available at junk yards for less than half price of a brand new one. Call around and get a good price on your tire..and know your tire size!!

im guessing its a 15 inch. go to a tire shop and get a used one, just check it out. you can get a cheap good one that will last just as long. have it mounted and balanced.
