Okay, in the Goblet of Fire, The author says that Nevel Longbottoms parents are killed by Bartty Chrouch Jr. But in the Order Of The Phoinex she says it is Beltrix (I can't remember her last name) It is the same in the movies! Did anyone else catch that?

You are mistaken. Neville's parents were tortured till they became insane. Bellatrix Lestrange was the person responsible.

My assumption was that Bellatrix Lestrange and Barty Crouch Jr. were two members of a group of people that collectively tortured the Longbottoms.

i think you misread....his parents are still alive and they were tortured by both those people (and one other but the name escapes me)....in the fifth book, you meet his parents.
