You didn't mention ur height
its not good to gain weight just like that.
it should be co-related to ur height

check your Body Mass Index (BMI)
http://nhlbisupport.com/bmi/

if ur BMI is less than required, try these eating strategies to gain weight.

don't try any kind of protein capsules/drinks that may contain steroids, which is too harmful for your health. Gain weight only through natural ways, that is by eating highly protein contained vegetables.

all the best

Just taking protein and multivitamins isn't going to do anything except give your body a little bit of what it needs. If you continue your bad diet you'll gain weight, but fat. You don't need whey protein. You can do just fine of the protein in the food you eat. The multivitamin I think everyone needs. Follow the food pyramid. Sounds stupid, but that's what your body needs. Go the site listed below and enter your info and it will tell you what your daily caloric intake should be as well as how much of each food group you should be eating on a daily basis. It says .gov meaning it's not SPAM. edit: You're body needs more than just whey isolates. Since you do not get enough, I would suggest taking a Meal Replacement (MRP) instead. That way you can get more of what your body needs. Your daily protein intake should include lean, fatty and egg protein. Whey if you are exercising/weight training. The multivitamin is good for general health, but just taking whey and a multivitamin together may not assist you in gaining weight if it does it would be minimal. The ankle weights would be good for doing low impact cardio to burn fat an insure that you are not putting on bad weight, but they are not necessary. IMO you should just make an attempt to eat correctly. It is difficult, but it can be done. I was a full time student and had a full time job. I weight trained in between all that and I made it a point to make my meals ahead of time and eat at the correct times throughout the day.

omgosh! I have the same problem as you. I am super skinny but I can't gain wait no matter how much i eat. Try going to the doctor , they can help you out. MY doctor recommended me to drink "Boost" or "Ensure" (it's a calorie drink). I drink it 3-4x a day and they say it's the best thing to drink if you want to gain weight. You can get it at the drugstore without a prescription, but it's kind of expensive. (around $10 for 8 bottles). Give it a try for AT LEAST 2 months, to see if there's any results. ALso, I heard exercising and lifting weights help too. I don't EVER do weight training, so maybe that's the reason. Better try lifting some weights!

Oh, gaining weight for you should be fun! You have permission to eat all the 'naughty' things. If I were you I would eat lots of Italian cuisine. I'd have spaghetti bolognaise, lasagna, pizza (but not total rubbish pizza, I'd have the gourmet kind), gnocci, carbonara linguine, risotto, tiramisu, focaccia... seriously eat lots of yummy foods and dessert is a must. Don't waste your one chance for the ultimate indulgence on total crap. Go out to restaurants more and order meals that really tickle your fancy. MMm. Thinking of all the yummy chocolate desserts is making me hungry. To aid your weight gain, snack on nuts throughout the day as well.

if you are talking fat, just sit around all day and take in carbs and fatty foods, more carbs in less out. This is not healthy however but it is effective for gaining fattty weight. If you want to gain muscle mass stick to protein rich meals and stick to a workout schedule that helps you bulid lean muscle mass. This will take more than to weeks though

You are a teenager. Many teenagers are very thin, but they put on weight automatically as they grow older. This is because teenagers have a very high metabolic rate and burn calories fast. So, you should not try to put on weight by eating fatty food, since it may become difficult to lose this fat later.
