when people say stuff like "kill me now" or "ugh i wish she would just die" how can you tell if they really mean it or not?

What is the clear cut difference between a cry for help and an attention grabber?

well if it is repetitive like everyday i hate this/that then they need help. wanting of attention would be random stuff that really doesn't coincide. maybe acting out one day physically, then saying stupid stuff another, then maybe being depressed or something another time. also by the demeanor of their voice. and expressions n' such

The tone of voice the body language and especially the glare in the eyes Its not for nothing that all the phys are looking you straight in the eyes . They the eyes are the reflection of the soul and its very true Ps I am 65 and I learn this a long time ago
