Is Singapore bias to individual proprietor ?

My yahoo ID bonikingv is widely recognised in China, Australia, UK etc but not in Singapore. In term of exposure !

Singapore must allow businesses to prosper when it is acceptable in other countries by observing internationally accepted principles and policies in businesses such as exposure.

I know many things are blocked in Thailand not sure about Singapore
