with elections approaching i feel its important to get the basic agendas from each candidate to help me choose who i want to support until the elections. there are a few i like and want something just plain and simple that lists how they feel on an issue and what their agenda holds for that issue. is there anything out there like that???
thanks!

ok let me clarify....
i don't want your opinions (as important as they may be). i want facts -- black and white. i want to go into this with an open mind and go from there. i have heard many things about the potential candidates and there is one i seem to follow the most. but i want something to compare each of them.
please don't tell me who i should be campaigning for.
thanks again

RON PAUL GUY
this isn't a question for you to campaign on! i'm asking a question to help figure out EVERYONE'S agenda...not ron pauls!
i really hate to sound rude but is this really a hard question???
all i'm asking for is for something that has facts about each candidate agenda to kind of compare and contrast. i want to know where each stands on important issues facing the world and our country. that's it.... :/

forget the question... let's see who actually READ it shall we?
this has been quite the waste of time.
I DON'T CARE WHO YOU'RE VOTING FOR...I'M TRYING TO FIGURE IT OUT ON MY OWN. i don't want biased answers people! it's not hard.

i'm going to make this easy for you :) unlike a few people decided to campaign their favorite rather than help you find yours, i decided to step in...
ta-daaaaah
http://connect2elect.com/
go to that site and do a quick sign up. it's easy to use and allows you to choice the issues most important to you and then it matches it up to the candidates and gives you a list with the one you agree with the most and the one you agree with the least and it shows you why and everything.
helped make it easier for me to decide. hope it's what you were looking for!

I found the MSN site to be about the best
http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/20873697/
I just found it to be more thorough than some of the other sites.
Worth going to, just to see a contrast, is VoteMatch
http://www.speakout.com/VoteMatch/senate2006.asp?quiz=2008
I find this crappy/inaccurate, because the questions can sometimes be a bit ambiguous. e.g. when you see why a candidate stands a certain way on the issue, you might agree with their reasons even though they answered a different way; i.e. sometimes the questions can be interpretted in different ways.
The MSN site tends to be a bit better in this respect.
I already had my mind up who I am going to vote for, but was interesting to see that the MSN site matches up pretty well when I enter my opinions, vs. the person I plan to vote for. Also gives a nice summary of how everybody else is matching up with the candidates positions (but you don't view this until after you set your own matrix, so you won't get biased seeing the how everybody else is matching up)

My first answer would be to tell you to vote indepentant, but that party isn't strong enough yet so I have to opt for plan B.
Type in your browser something like "presidential candidates and their stand on the issues." You should get a lot of choices. Find the one that is the easiest to do comparitive analyzing, then pick the candidate that most resembles the way you feel about those issues. My winner was Joe Biden.

I could accept as true with a number of the different comments right here touching directly to secular vs faith. The President at first might have little or no effect one way or the different the place abortion is in contact. That concern would be dealt with interior the courts. 2nd, the priority of abortion is a ploy used via republican applicants to sway religious minded voters to their attitude each and every of the on an identical time as understanding that they are going to on no account could make a determination on abortion with the aid of first reason I defined right here. third, "All have sinned and fallen wanting the honour of God". in case you're relatively religious, then you definately moreover may well be attentive to that it is not your place to decide what's truthfully interior the hearts of adult adult males for below God could be attentive to that. consequently, i choose for to make your ideas up on my candidate on the subjects over which he (or she) has some direct administration and those themes which will impact my livelihood.

The quickest & easiest thing would be to go to each candidate's website -- they all have a run-down of what they believe. Obviously they are biased, but at least you can see what they say for yourself.
The worst thing to do is listen to radio or watch TV and let someone else tell you who to vote for (like the Ron Paul guy).

Vote for the candidate who will truly serve the people but not for self interests or party. This must be the primordial factor to eliminate corruption and favor interest groups.

I would say go to utube and watch the debates. Although the questions aren't as good as they could be and the candidates who aren't as well known don't get as much time, it may be be your best bet.
