He was quite a gambler, loved to play golf and keep late hours. On the bright side, he was the first President to have a radio in the White House and the first President to broadcast a presidential message by radio.

I'm going to guess Harding... seems like the kind of thing he would do.
Second guess is Jackson. But then again it could be one of those lesser known ones, or a suprising fact about a more well known one.

I'd guess Harding. I know that he played poker, and that he wasn't very good at it, and he really never did anything very well while in the White House. Warren G. Harding.
