What exactly is chatting?

ball gags.
chatting is familiar conversation or light banter so it's actually quite impossible for us to refrain from 'chatting' because i can't see how asking questions and answering questions isn't conversation...

The only sure way is to stop asking or answering questions, everything in P&S can be construed as chatting, as it's mostly opinions and not facts...what is chatting, what we are doing right now could be considered chatting.

I was just going to say that I seriously don't know what that is. I mean, all my answers on polls could be chatting. Seriously. And they delete all my stuff on the basis of 'chatting'. Weird.
