my current work agreement puts me on a 38 hr week. if i do overtime of say 1 hour on monday, tuesday and wednesday i can be given an early day on friday and not paid penalties for overtime worked.
also i do not get double time or double time and a half, i only get time + %70.

If you're on a AWA now, that agreement will stay in place until you leave or the contract runs out (depending on how long you signed up for in on the original agreement).
The federal government is looking at bringing in a no disadvantage test so this may mean changes to your agreement if it doesn't meet the new test.
Your agreement doesn't seem too bad to me, my wifes on an EBA and she only gets time and a third for overtime, so you're doing okay.

File a complaint against your company for not paying the correct payments so that the Labor Office will make the proper actions for the observance of labor standards.
