Bill is trying to help his wife with the campaign trail. Only time will tell the outcome but in fact IMO he will in the end do her more harm than good.
While many liked Bill, I don't think people are real willing to give him a third term...and the more he speaks?

Its hard having two Clintons in the same room. Bill Clinton is or was a popular president - unfortunately, Hillary does not have his ratings. At a recent event he attended, he reportedly used the words... "I, me, mine" about 90 times and referred to Hillary less than 10. I believe he supports her quest to be president - but I don't think he helps her. Her approval ratings are not as his. He could probably do better in 2008 than Hillary.

He actually have been doing pretty well for here, especially in S.C.
How it will all pan out I think is largely up to her. I heard one women mention she felt more comfortable hearing Bill speak than Hillary. I think its a hard road for her to walk. She can't appear to femine, as this will be an attacking point for Obama. Then again, she loses female constituents when she is too masculine.
Of all the candidates, she is the one that has it the hardest.
I don't support her at all, but I do appreciate the fight she is giving.

He has to be very, very careful especially with the media. All he has to do is say " I'm working to help Hillary get elected" and
the mere fact he appeared as a member of a candidate's staff, any opposition would be in a position to demand equal time.
His best bet is to not be seen anywhere near her.

No matter what he's done in the past Middle America still likes Bill. We all know Middle America will decide the election. Us Left and Right Wingers at Y/A's have our opinions and won't to swayed but Mid-Amer will be swayed.

It's to the point where it seems Bill & Hill practically hate each other. I imagine he'd like to get back into the White House...but how much he'll actually do to help HER is a different question.
He is a great, charismatic public speaker...she lacks that quality.

Everything I've heard says that he is so popular with the common man that he will probably help her, unless people feel he is really running things. To my ind, he makes her more vulnerable. There are enough shady dealings in her past alone without adding his ammunition to the fire.
