QUOTE - "Giant recievers dropping passes on purpose?
everyone knows that eli sucks. does the gaint's team want eli out of new york? hell, i bet you shockey is happy that his leg broke to save himself the embarassment of being on the same field with eli."
LOL - Have Eli on your fantasy team do you? lol
I feel your fustration man. I had Brady today and today of all days for him to freaking goose egg on me. Its probably going to cost me my championship. Oh well.....

Eli is awful, i wrote a thing abt him on here not to long ago talking about how he hasnt progressed at all since his 2nd yr in the league, he still looks awful and most ppl in 3 yrs in the beginning of their career would be able to progress, Eli has stayed exactly where he's at. A 70 rating or so, never had a season where he's completed over 60% of his passes, in 4 yrs he only has like 11 more TD's than INT's, hes just atrocious. If it werent for Plaxico Burress i would guarantee his numbers would drop DRASTICALLY. His name and the fact the Giants have thrown alot of money at Eli is the only reason he is still a starter.

Most definitely not, I was at the stadium today, and i have pretty good seats. It was extremely cold and windy, me and the fellas had a tough time catching passes with each other on the tailgate. The giants were having a tough time tonight, plus dealing with the injury of one of their most influential leaders and team captain, Jeremy Shockey (Broken Leg).
The Giants will clinch next week, I am sure of it, they are facing the Pats the last week of the season, so they will play their hearts out before they play the Perfect Season Patriot bastards.

i would just chalk up it to a bad game by the receivers. But Eli's seriously bad and if he and another QB that i hadn't heard of before were the last 2 QBs available in the draft. I'd take the other guy in a minute. I dont see the progress or anything with him he's been consistently awful for awhile now. Not just a bad game for him.

you know, i think i might have to agree with you. many times players do this to get a coach out, but maybe they are fed up with eli and all the preferential treatment he got. the giants basically turned themselves into a mediocre team by trading away multiple first round draft picks for him, when they could have just kept their picks, drafted philip rivers (solid qb), AND possibly drafted merriman (!!!!). instead, we are stuck with with eli with his huge contract that we can't trade, and an average qb at best

That's a rediculous thing to say. He'll get better, and receivers have off days especially in that weather.

yeah he sucks. all he'll ever be is known as peyton's little brother and will always be in the shadow of his father and brother. at best he'll become an average QB and thats it.
