If you can get 50,000 congress and senate members then you've got it :)

I doubt the movement will "take off," but, in a just world Bush and Cheney would have been impeached a long time ago.

Popular votes do NOT impeach any one; if it did, we should impeach ALL of the Supreme Court Justices!
As to Dick Cheney, why bother? Any one with his heart problems is not worth the bother.

Nope. Only Congress has the power to impeach.

Not worth it at this point. People will sign any petition you put in front of them.

That's a whole 0.001% of the population. In answer to your question, it will not get the Vice President impeached. You get somewhere around 180,000,000, they might consider it.

Impeachment is a congressional act. The people cant enact it.

Impeachment requirements are treason and high crimes, not how many names are on a petition.

No, but 200 testicles would do it, if they were attached to members of congress.
