how do i get rid of an ich on the bottom of my fooot???help please if i scratch it it tickles..

i got stuck with this yesterday, i took the bottom of my other foot and just rubbed it against the itch. I also rubbed it against the drawer on my computer desk. Don't worry, it's not gross, i took a shower last night.
