I measured my ribcage at 29 inches + 5 equals 34.
My bust is a 32, according to every bra sizing thing, I should be concave, but I'm not, what am I doing wrong?

Go get professionally sized, as 80% of us are in the wrong size bra. Take their measurement as a guideline, as bras do not have standards of measurement, you could be a 34B in one bra and a 34C in another bra.

Go to Nordstroms, JCPenney or Sears. Do NOT go to victoria secret, as they size incorrectly (I know too many women that complain of the measurements they got there).

Sounds like you would be a 34A or 34AA.

When I've measured myself, I use this:

Around chest under breasts, then add four to an even number or five to an odd number to get the band size.

Then, measure around breasts. Take that number from the band size and you'll have the cup size:

1" is an A
2" is a B
3" is a C
etc etc.

So if its under an inch (like yours) you should try an AA or AAA.

I've done the same thing to measure my bra size and mine turned out pretty acurate. I had been wearing the wrong bra size for over a year. The measurements you're doing is only for the band size you gotta measure for the cup size.

CUP SIZE
• Measure completely around the bust at the fullest point.
• Each inch of difference between this measurement and your BAND size = cup size. (i.e.: If your band size is 34" and your bust measurement is 35", you wear an "A" cup.)

If the difference is:
less than 1 inch = AA cup 3 inches = C cup
1 inch = A cup 4 inches = D cup
2 inches = B cup 5 inches = DD cup

Hope this helps!

I'd say you probably just have a small back so you do not need to add 5, perhaps just add 3 instead.
