Actually you can! My cousin and I went outside this summer and took an egg to see if it would work. We cracked the egg on the sidewalk and waited for about 2 minutes and then the egg started to bubble and really fry!

We went inside to grab a spatula to try and flip it but when we got back out there it was fried to the sidewalk!

Now there is like a big stain (I guess that's what you would call it) in the sidewalk!

Its hilarious!!! ")

Oh yeah the temperature was about 99 degrees Fahrenheit. (Texas)

Yes, but works even better on blacktop. (Black absorbs the energy better, gets hotter-faster.) Not saying I'd want to eat the egg, but if the surface is hot enough, the egg will fry.

Well i was outside with the neighborhood kids and we got tin foil and then cracked an egg on it and it cooked in less than a minute it was hilarious and then my friend's dog ate it lol. Good memories :D
