I got my first depo shot around November 15th. I was using the patch before that but hadn't used it for about a month prior...The day I got the depo about 9 hours later I had sex. Now I have missed two periods, I feel nasuas always after eating and bloated...but two pregnancy test show negative. Could I still be pregnant?

Yes you can.
I would talk to a doctor about it.
NOTHING is 100%, including depo, so you can get or be pregnant while on it.

You can get pregnant on the depo shot. My sister got pregnant while on the depo shot, with her first child. It has different effects on different people.

the purpose of the depo shot is to confuse your body into believing you are pregnant it is highly unlikely you are pregnant but if you are that concerned go to your OB and have a blood test done

gurl u dont waste no time do you ? but nah i dont think ur pregnant-it may jus be side affects from the depo
