if they run the table they will be recognized by many as the greatest team of all time. Deal with it. Nobody has done 19-0, they have played some of the top teams, and the vast majority of their players are clean as a whistle. Oh, and by the way, before he is done, Belichick will also be recognized as one of the top coaches of all time.
One final thing, you may think some of the players are ordinary, but it's not about them, or just Brady, and never has been. it's about the TEAM. No wonder you don't get it.

I think with the record they have and some of the great plays they make answers that!!
What I want to know is why people hate the Pat's. Every week there are controversial plays and calls.. on several games for some reason tho people just can't stand it when a team is having a wonderful year. Now did you see the Cowboys game talk about a lousy game for a good team bet you tho know one will bash the Cowboys.
How about Miami they finally pulled one off today and won..Do I hear a lot of people yelling or cheering about them!? Yet they use to be one of the Best.
I think that fans just like to kick the good teams down because they can't stand that they are doing good! Who will it be when the Pat's start having lousy years again!!
I say to the teams that are doing well congrat's let the chips fall where they may. The teams that are struggling well spend more money get good players and yes you too someday will be on top just like the Colts last year.....You can too and yes the Jets where caught taping plays last year and nothing was done about it nor did the fans get in such an uproar!!
I bet many teams spy in a lot of ways and don't get caught that's the nature of the game.
Oh well who ever makes it all the way I will be watching I just hope it is a good game....between two great teams who ever they may be...and yes I am a Pat's fan but I was upset with them too..when they taped plays. I do say this I don't care who goes to the Superbowl, as long as it is a good game. Not like the one NE lost I think it was 85 a blow out.
I am cheering for the best teams to be in the Superbowl, it is nice when it is 2 teams that have not been there. What a thrill.
Well enough, stop bashing the Pat's and start on the ref's......!!!!!!!!!!!!

B/c the Pats are one of the greatest teams in the NFL history. Ive never seen a team dominate so much like they have, and you are right Tom Brady is the main reason as well as Bill Belichek. If they win another SB thats 4 in 6 yrs, i mean thats ridiculous. They are thrusting themselves into the discussions with the Steelers of the 70's, 49ers of the 80's, Cowboys of the 90's and now the Pats of the new century. They are unbelievable. Brady with 45 TD's and 7 INT's, thats just sick. Personally they are prob. a top 5 team of all time but prob. not the best, but top 5 is a damn good accomplishment.

You are bashing the pats and saying brady is great?!?! you are totally mixed up. Brady is only as good as he is because he plays with the guys he does. The Patriots are compared to other great teams because they are a great team. When any team in the NFL has a 14-0 record and play as well as the Pats do you have to give them credit. If Brady played for another team he would not nearly be as good as he is now. The Pats just have all the right players to make a great team.

All great teams played some teams that were just rolled over that season.... The point is you win when you are supposed to. That doesn't make a team GREAT however. I am the anti-Patriot, but, I give respect when it is deserved. I think the Pats are a great "modern" team. I don't put them up there with the Cowboys, Niners, Bears, or Pack, just yet... but they are good... You have to remember the time when the Superbowl was played in the NFC Championship game (as the winner there typically went on to win the show)... Things flipped in recent years and are looking like they are returning to parity now...

yeah but they've also played the cowboys, colts, chargers, eagles (I think there better than there record shows). Not bad teams. I agree, there sceduale hasn't been the hardest, but when the dolphins went undefeated in 72 they also had an easy sceduale, and there placed as one of the best teams in history. The stats are just amazing, the pats are on pace to become the highest scoring team in a single season, Brady and Moss are on pace to break many records. If the pats finnish undefeated, I would make them a top 10 team of all time, if they go undefeated and win it all, they'd be top 3 all time.

I am not a Pats fan, but they are one of the great dynasties. Brady will have the same record as Montana, in the superbowl, and be better than Elway, Farve, Young, and Stabauch.
yeah they played in a weak div. but not as weak as the 85 bears, and some of the Steelers teams. and the 49ers played in a joke of a div most of those years.
as far as the cheating, I think A lot of teams try to steal signals, we tried it in High School, they just got caught.
remember the BEST team of all time had the no name Defense. name me 5 players off the undefeated dolphins team.

You're kidding, right?
They've dominated nearly everyone they've played, including the Cowboys and Steelers. If they go undefeated, heck, even if they lose a game, they'll still be one of the best teams that the NFL has seen.
I live in the midwest, and am actually a Packers fan, but even I can tell when someone's been drinking too much haterade.

Have you been watching the games... then shut the hell up. I kno your answer was no because if it was yes than i would not be answering this question. Patriots are the best team of all time. They have only had one game where they chose to run the ball at all. They are amazing.
