Does anyone know of any churches that do not allow all family members to attend a wedding of a another family because they do not attend the church, do not attend church or other stuff.

If they are any such churches here in the USA, why isn't there more of a public outcry over this disgusting and horrible practice? What should be done to end this ?

The church you are talking about is The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (LDS), often referred to as the Mormon Church.

Here is an excerpt from an official LDS website (see Source, below):

"Members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints who have a current temple recommend—meaning they possess a small card which demonstrates they have interviewed with the appropriate priesthood leaders and been found worthy to enter the House of the Lord—are able to attend a sealing ceremony. Wedding couples are asked to keep the number of guests relatively small, primarily inviting their immediate family and only a few close friends; this allows the service to remain reverent and sacred."

So your basic facts are correct.

But why are you so outraged? Shouldn't a religion have the right to define its own practices as long as they don't hurt outsiders?

P.S. I am not a Mormon.
