i burned my hand really hurts.

Put it under cool or cold water and leave it there for a while.

you need to see a Dr. especially if its all white. if its still burning keep a cool cloth over it . if it still burns ( a lot) after you take the cloth off then get to the E.R. asap i burned my arm and hand and i thought it would be ok because i had put a cool cloth over it and i didnt feel much pain . but, as soon as i took the cloth off it felt like someone was holding a lghter under my arm .dont wait please go see a doc. good luck

actually ice it for up to fifteen minutes tops(more can cause more damage)if it is blistered severely you need to go to urgent care or the er or you will have sever damage to nerves and such.it will hurt for several hours still but if it is really badly blistered got er, i have done this my self once or twice and badly.

dip your hand in cold water & apply some antseptic cream.
