Greatest common factor?

Ok, so I need to create a story problem for a greatest common factor. I've been spending hours trying to do this, could you help?

You have a few classrooms full of kids. You want to divide them into teams to do something. To preserve their tender little psyches, or for some other reason, all the teams must be of identical size, and can only include kids from one class.

You want the fewest teams as possible, to make your life easier or save costs or whatever.

The team size will be the greatest common factor of the class sizes.

Is that the kind of thing you were looking for?
